The allure of the Temple of Heaven attracts many people, with every brick and tile here containing an interesting story. It's an amazing experience to immerse yourself in the rich historical atmosphere, and to feel the elegant and romantic atmosphere of the ancient era under the night scenery of the Temple of Heaven.
The Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests (Qi Nian Dian) is the main building of the Temple of Heaven, and is also known as the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests (Qi Gu Dian).
The Hall is circular in shape, representing the heavens, and the roof tiles are blue, symbolizing the sky. It is full of Eastern aesthetics and traditional charm, and is a testament to the wisdom of the ancient Chinese people.
After visiting the Temple of Heaven 20 times, I finally managed to capture all of these drone shots!

💙Night lighting tips:
1. On Friday, Saturday and holidays evening, the temple is illuminated at the same time as the city, from about 19:55 to 21:30.
2. It's recommended to arrive early, and watch the sunset and blue hour, they are simply breathtaking!
3. If you are only taking pictures at night, you do not need to buy a ticket for the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests; regular tickets are sufficient.

📸Photography tips:
▪️ For photographing the Temple of Heaven, you need two lenses: a wide-angle and a telephoto lens. I used a 24-70mm and a 70-200mm lens, but it's also possible to take great photos with a smartphone. Just find the right location!
▪️ The color theme of the Temple of Heaven's Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests is predominantly red, gold, and blue, so when taking pictures, it's recommended to wear black and white for a dignified and elegant look. You could also add traditional Chinese props such as fans to your attire.
