肥仔秋腊味源自于东莞市肥仔秋食品有限公司总经理钟松焕的家族传统手艺。其父亲在1983年建立了一个小型加工场,开始制作腊肠,由于其父亲身材较胖,腊肠得名为“肥仔秋”。肥仔秋腊肠采用家族传统制作工艺,是莞式腊肠的代表之一。肥仔秋出品的腊肠选料上乘,味道独特,因此名声远播东莞各地及港澳,深受顾客喜爱。如今,肥仔秋的产能早已不仅是为了满足麻涌及周边镇街的需求,而且在莞城、常平、寮步、石龙、茶山、桥头、横沥、塘厦、东坑、大朗、中堂等镇街设有专卖店,进一步夯实肥仔秋在东莞腊味市场上的“江湖地位”。肥仔秋今年新推出的爆浆陈皮腊肠,不添加大豆蛋白、淀粉、人工色素等,所有的材料都是选自上乘食材,纯手工切肉制作,肌理分明,圆通饱满。必须要拥有十年的新会陈皮才能制作此款腊肠,呈现自然的暗红色,口感爽脆,鲜美可口。此外,此款腊肠还融入了老白山山西汾酒和2010年的杏花村酒,酒香夹杂而不抢味,更添诱人的风味。

Dongguan Feizaiqiu Q Flavor Sausage: An Introduction

Feizaiqiu sausage originated from the family recipe of Mr. Zhong Songhuan, the general manager of Dongguan Feizaiqiu Food Co., Ltd. The recipe was first established in a small processing plant in Mayi Village in 1983 by Mr. Zhong's father. Because his father was a little overweight, the sausages he made were affectionately named "Feizaiqiu" by the locals.

"Feizaiqiu" is one of the representative sausages of Dongguan-style sausage, which has been established in Machong for more than 30 years. Using traditional family production methods, the product is particularly renowned for its high-quality ingredients and unique taste, which has gained popularity throughout Dongguan and even in other regions of Hong Kong and Macau, deeply loved by customers.

Nowadays, Feizaiqiu's production capacity can not only meet the demand of Machong and surrounding towns, but also has specialized stores in many towns and streets, such as Guancheng, Changping, Liaobu, Shilong, Chashan, Qiaotou, Hengli, Tangxia, Dongkeng, Dalang, Zhongtang, consolidating Feizaiqiu's position in the Dongguan sausage market.

The new bursting chenpi sausage launched by Feizaiqiu this year does not add soy protein, starch, artificial colorants and other ingredients, selecting only high-quality ingredients and processed through pure hand-cutting, which has a distinct texture and full and round shape. To produce this sausage, it requires must have ten years of chenpi, that has a natural, dark red color and a crispy and delicious taste.
