Dongguan Feizaiqiu Q Flavor Sausage: An Introduction
Feizaiqiu sausage originated from the family recipe of Mr. Zhong Songhuan, the general manager of Dongguan Feizaiqiu Food Co., Ltd. The recipe was first established in a small processing plant in Mayi Village in 1983 by Mr. Zhong's father. Because his father was a little overweight, the sausages he made were affectionately named "Feizaiqiu" by the locals.
"Feizaiqiu" is one of the representative sausages of Dongguan-style sausage, which has been established in Machong for more than 30 years.
